I'm sure this has been asked before. I have tried searching the forum, "ps3 drops connection", dropped internet connection ps3, random log out...and search did not return needed results.
I turn on the ps3, sign into PSN, start GT5, all is good. for a while. Randomly, my ps3 will disconnect from PSN. Which really is a drag when remote racing. Laptop and PC always stay connected. I am using a Charter Internet modem, connected to this wireless router: Trendnet TEW-432BRP, doesn't matter if I am wired or wireless to PS3, random dropped connection to PSN. I have rebooted pc, cable modem, router, and PS3, same. I believe I have a settings issue in my router, but am rather illiterate with networks. I have accessed my routers webpage, and there are tons of settings to fiddle with, but which ones? Not really sure what to do next. Please reply and/or direct me to a thread that applies.
