Okay i know this is wrong section but i didnt know where else to put this.

what im looking for is a sim driving game not a racer a game where you learn parking and driving i\under speed limit and just a driving sim with traffic and stuff
so i can kinda get a feel for when i start driving

This is unnecesary. I have had my license for about a year now. I was quite scared to start driving for fear I would make a stupid mistake and crash or get a ticket. Driving in real life is actually quite easy. Once you are behind the wheel 2-3 times you will feel completely comfortable. The best way to start is to not over prepare, just get in the car with whoever is instructing (preferably a parent) for your first time and follow their directions. Driving is very, very easy. Trust me.
 
I don't know where to find one. Just join one of those cops & traffic rooms on GT5 and go 80 mph in a line with other cars, then try to speed and not get caught. :P
 
I can't really help you...
Just a driving simulator...rFactor maybe, although it's racing too so you need to look for a mod to fulfill your demands.

I'd say rFactor.
