Ok this isnt im stuck in the game thread, Well i did a special Conditions race and won the toyota rally car (big fat ugly one) and its worth allot of money over 200k

My idea was sell it and get a Scoobie Imprezze Rally car and also A Dodge Viper SRT10 This would be for the Roadster races(in the beginners league) i know it wont give much a-spec points but i thought it may be a good idea.

your opneon?

All Licenses have been done if any one asks.

Personally I wouldn't go that far, the Impreza is good for the later rally event's but you don't need a Viper for the Roadster races, but if you like the car and your not going for A-spec points, why not. You can always re-do thoes races for A-Spec points later in the game be it as your skill increases or simply as and when you want to. The Viper wouldn't a be a bad choice because you can use it in other races in the American hall and in the Professional hall. It can even have a go in some of the endurance races.

I'd do it if you want a viper... Also, I'd sit and work on winning that same rally over and over again.

It's one of the best money makers in the game...
5,000 per race (2 2-lap races)
265,000 prize car for completion

275,000 for 4 laps at 2 minutes a lap is great money. 👍

Do that as many times as you need and eventually you will have the money needed to win some of the "better" races (that you will eventually have to do).

Live4Speed has a good point though... A viper is overkill for the roadster series.
Maybe you would be better off using some of that money to buy a brand new 1800 Miata. 👍
Then you could run the roadster enduro with it and the roadster series (as well as several others including the FR series and the Turbo/ NA series).

Now that I think of it, that is a good idea... 💡
Instead of buying a Viper this early, maybe you should buy something that will carry you through more races?

Then again, once you get to the professional hall there will be the super car championship and the viper will be right at home in there.

:dunce:

Of course, I have it...
Run the rally race again and again until you have the money for the viper and anything else you can think of. 👍

Just one thing though, I wouldn't buy the impreza just yet... You will win rally cars doing the rallies and so, it might be a waste of money to buy a rally car.

Anyway, good luck.

this sound daft but can you tell me which is the race were i win the Toyota again i have forgotten lol

It's a long shot, but you could try looking at the prize car lists....

you read my mind daan

I agree with Kent.
A Miata is a great investment at the early stages of the game. The beginner FR, and roadster series are a breeze with them. They're competitive in many of the Japanese series, and with a little tuning one will take you half way through the Pro hall. They can do the roadster enduro as mentioned, has a family cup race if I recall, and will tackle a the easy tarmac rallies with ease.

I've had to restart GT4 four times now, a miata is always one of the first car's I buy. I usually end up with two... an 89 for the Japanese 80's Car, and then a newer model for the 90's.

Early in the game miata would certainly make for a more enjoyable race than entering something with a viper and getting a 10s lead 15s into the race.

Amnesia's a ***** aint it.

If you really must buy a car then go with the 89' Mx-5 (miata). But you really don't have to buy any cars for a long while (45%+) and even then only to compete in the manufacturer events.

Matter of fact, you can get to 100% spending only $2mill credits... Just have a read at the good ole Scrooge thread
