For IB-3: Dab the brakes just quickly when needed to get a crispier turn. Takes some time to figure out when it's needed or not, but you'll soon figure it out.
Here, YouTube was my friend. There's many videos, with "tutorials", on how to complete these. It took me around 50-70 tries, before I completed them, so keep trying.
ic3 , first left turn u can have 3 wheels on grass , play with that, if i beat my ghost to 1st hairpin , i usually better my time. 1st hairpin almost straight line to 2nd then throttle control till apex and fast for home. took me a few hundred tries, stuck at 18,302 then finally 18. 221
rome sucks, but it just practice for 2nd lap of 1.19.....
a lot of these licences seem to have varying standards depending on when u passed them. saw trial mtn overtake s licence . youtube they were winning with 1.43 bout 2 yrs ago, i needed a1.40.5 last week. 1.41.5 didnt do it.
Slow in, fast out. Smooth control inputs. Practice. Have fun.

These license are not easy for everyone, we all struggle with a few of them so you are not unusual in this way.

For IB-3 use Active Steering on Strong. This is the best tip. I managed it in 3 attempts after turning it on, before with about 60 attempts I just couldn't do it.
As for IC-3 with the Fairlady Z, you have to not brake so much on the first corner and just follow the YouTube videos - slow-in-fast-out is best practice on that one. I found that wasn't as difficult as the IB-3 test nor IB-1 for that matter.
