Help! Possible Virus!

Yeah, so I don't know what happened, but something appeared on my laptop I never downloaded, it's called "Arg70techsdk" and when I try to delete it, it said I needed permission, although I already had permission from the main account. The threat isn't that risky, I just want to get it off before something could happen, thanks.

Googling it, this looks like something fairly new. And your post is the second hit! Get all your scanners up to date and do some full scans.
McAfee had the longest desription, but described what it affects on the computer file-wise, not what it's really trying to do.

Spybot search and destroy is always good to have... And its free. Also ive had good luck with malwarebytes for getting rid of pesky stuff that regular antivirus cant find, even just the trial version.
