HELP. Radio bug.

Trying to start playing this game again but I have a weird bug that no matter what button I click on the home screen, it always brings up the radio list. Anyone seen this and know how to get rid of it?

Edit: Kind of figured it out. Have to press the Esc button a couple times and it'll open the right menus...
