Help Required - Possible Problem with B-Spec at Level 40 ?

Hi All,
well after taking some tips from you guys I've finally managed to Gold All Events in B-Spec. I've reached Level 40 (I'm currently only Level 38 on A-Spec) and have two Level 40 Bobs & the other four are between 37 & 33.

I've tried re-doing the 24 hour Endurance races, but although they give me Credits, I cannot seem to gain any more Experience Points. (ie my Level 40 oval is completely grey, not filling up with Blue)

Am I doing something wrong / does my game save have a "Bug" ?

Or do I need to do something in addition (like reach L40 in A-Spec or something) ?

Any Help gratefully received. 👍
