HELP!!!super speedway 150miles

i cant seem to beet this damn course. i was first running the minolta89 on meds but its kills tires and i had to pit every 10 laps. then i went to the peugot 03 that i used for the gt championships. on med/hard it pits every 29 but still cant seem to pull away. CAN ANYONE HELP ME ON WHAT CAR AND SETTINGS TO US :scared:
 
Minolta works stock. The only thing you have to do is tires.

Try this.
I did it and it worked.

Hard on the front, and Superhard on the back.
I've also heard Superhard on both front and back will work.

You'll still have to pit alot, but you should be able to get at least a lap ahead. on the comp. everytime before pitting.

I just B-speced this with a Nissan R92CP , I did a quick tune to make it turn better for the B spec driver, He was turning in 28:** laps and I was easily into the low 27:**'s while tuning it. It's not perfect but it takes the turns a little easier than stock especially if you really hug the inside of the curves.

I'm not really much of a tuner but I saw your question and this seemed to work for me.
 
I struggled with this one a few times....I ended up using the F1 and still only won by a little over a second. The computer was pitting every 40 laps....I hate that race. :yuck:

Max HP
Superhard all around

Change gears so max speed just before turns

Only other change was adjust rear downforce to get balanced steering

B Spec close
A Spec easy

I B Spec'd early but took over late in the race to make sure

Racing line is critical - wide turn take with minimal speed loss and no braking, narrow turn I tapped brakes before start of turn and used mild acceleration through the turn and tried to keep a tight line for third quarter of turn to enable acceleration without hitting the wall.

Do not aim to brake hard anywhere as it wipes too much speed off.

Pass 5th and 6th placed cars at first opportunity otherwise they hold you up too much. Other cars draft and try to pass but be careful going into turns.
