hello, I'd like to ask for help on tuning my Nissan Skyline GT-R M-Spec Nur (R34) '02. it has plenty of power and a little turbo gap, but the problem is that the car slides out too much right now. I tried setting the suspension harder, I tried to put it softer, but it doesn't change. could someone help me improve the cornering of this beast?

The car as it is right now, has the best parts on it that I can put on it:

Racing Exhaust
Racing Computer
Port Polish
Engine Balancing
Re-Bore
Tyres: Racing Medium
Turbo Kit: Original (HKS)
Intercooler: Racing Large
Brakes: Racing
Brake Balance Controller
Suspension: Original (HKS)
Transmission: Fully Customisable
Triple Plate Clutch
Racing Flywheel
Carbon Driveshaft
LSD: Fully Customisable
VCD Controller
Weight Reduction: Stage 3
Roll Cage
Fitted a rear wing
New rims

Tuning done so far:

Suspension:
Spring Rate: Front: 9.5, Rear: 10.0
Ride Height: Front: 80MM, Rear: 80MM
Damper: Front: 9, Rear: 9
Camber Angle: Front: 2.0, Rear: 1.0
Toe Angle: Front: 0, Rear: 0
Stabiliser: Front: 6, Rear: 6

Transmission:

Auto Setting: 19
Everything else is left as it is on that level

LSD: not tuned

VCD: 10% power to the front.

Downforce: Front: 30 (Max), Rear: 33 (Max0

What end slides out?
At which point in the corner does it slide? Under power? Under braking?
What type of controller?

it has serious understeer, so the front/side of the car. once I put down the throttle while coming out of the corner, it just slides off course. I tested the car on Infineon Sports Car course and on Fuji 90's, and on both tracks the car slides out in pretty much every corner.

i'm using a PS1 Dualshock controller, using the R3 stick to control the power and braking

These settings were good for a sub 1'22 lap at Infineon. There's definitely potential for sub 1'20 laps.

Racing Suspension:
Spring Rate: Front: 6.5, Rear: 10.5
Ride Height: Front: 95MM, Rear: 115MM
Bound: Front: 3, Rear: 8
Rebound: Front: 7, Rear: 6
Camber Angle: Front: 3.0, Rear: 0.0
Toe Angle: Front: 0, Rear: 4
Stabiliser: Front: 1, Rear: 7

Transmission:

Auto Setting: 19
Everything else is left as it is on that level

LSD: Initial: Front 5, Rear 10
Accel: Front 5, Rear 25
Decel: Front 5, Rear 15

VCD: Standard

Downforce: Front: 30 (Max), Rear: 33 (Max)

There's still some understeer, but its seems more manageable. If there's too much oversteer for you, start by taking the toe back towards 0, then the ride height back to 95, and finally adding camber; but each one will introduce a bit more understeer back into the equation.

wow, that's just what I wanted! :) thank you very much, thc118, I owe you one! :D

EDIT: after some short testing, I managed to get my lap time to a nice 1.21.331
