Help urgently needed!!!!

Ok, i am having a massive problem with the PS2 slim.
I have not been able to read GT4. I then tried to fix it by cleaning the lens but know it will make a very weird screaching noise when i put a disk in and it will go straight to the browser. And GT4 is not the only game that is unplayable, every game is unplayable now. Please help.
