Hi all,

I have ben reading a popular UK magazine with a section that allows readers to send in their Nurburgring times. The current winner has done the track in 04.58.448 in the formula one car.

The problem I have is that when I look at the screen shot it states that the car has 1069hp and weighs 495kg. Can anyone verify that these numbers are correct, as I believe the HP was around 916 and couldnt be modified. The other curious thing to note is that the entrant states his car is modified which i know cant be done, but would like to prove it before exposing this fraud!

Any help would be appreciated, normally I wouldnt care, but its Friday and work is boring me, so I thought I would do something very important for the sake of man kind.

If you run the Formula car in Arcade mode, you can, indeed, increase the HP and reduce the weight, so the specs listed are most likely valid. While you can't adjust suspension or downforce settings directly in Arcade mode, you can improve the power/weight ratio significantly.

I think he has tuned it with quick tune, theire is no other possibility how you can get 1000+ pk out of a F1 car.

He's used the quick-tune option in arcade mode - "time trial". Here you can actually mod the F1 car too.
Before the race, you press settings and adjust power (+/-20%) and weight (+/- 10%)

EDIT: I swear, I didn't see any replys when I pressed reply.....But the issue is settled then. In the UK/Ireland GT4 competition (350z on the ring) quick-tune was allowed, and "time-trial" mode had to be used
