Help with crs elite settings

just been reading a review of my new wheel and found this statment..

My absolute favorite is the sensation of the low-speed physics. No other wheel I have ever tried achieves such strengthening and feel for control of the tire-threshold in low speed maneuvering, where FFB becomes stronger while turning in low speeds and slowly releases while accelerating. That sensation is something I never felt on other wheels before and it creates unbelievable feel of connection of the car to the road.
my wheel seems to work the total opposite IE when at low speeds the wheel is very easy to turn no ffb and when at full speed racing its got lots of ffb.
does anyone know what type of setting to use to get the proper feeling..

i seem to have sorted this problem now. did a bit of messing with the settings in gt5 last night, changed steering to simulation and put the ffb up to 10 and its totaly changed how the cars feel when driving them, this now is the perfect feel to my crs elite.
