help with drifting and how to unlock quick tune

Hi guys I'm new to the drift world N have completed alot of races in the a spec. I have over 120,000 credits and was thinking about buying a s2000. If purchased could I tweak it r not. I think thus would b a good car to start off drifting with. Please help me my psn tag is shyne2784. What all races do u have to complete to unlock quick tune someone explain in detail thanks please help me !!!!! R should I wait to buy me a nice car? Help me please...
