Help with GT's Decal Uploader

Ok so I'm not a total noob at this, I currently have 174 decals I've made so I'm aware that it needs to be done on PC. The issue I've run into lately is after I choose the decals to upload, I get the "About the Decal Uploader Feature" pop-up but it never loads the rest. I've tried standard browser troubleshooting, made sure it's up to date, clear cache and cookies, tried using Chrome instead of Edge and still can't get around this damn pop-up! Anyone else having this issue??

That looks like the GTSport Decal uploader, rather than the GT7 one?

Then go to 'My Page' then 'Decal uploader'

Might help, might not, I just tested the GTSport uploader and it still works for me so it could be something else at your end.
