As a relatively new GT3 player, I know I will prolly not be good for some time. But I do have one question/complaint.

It seems that no matter what I do, I burn through my tires at an insane rate, thus resulting in horrible spins and crashes and last place finishes.

This happen no matter what type of tires I use, from super slick grippy tires to the stock tires you get with the car. In any case, by lap two I am almost all red, even on the Test Track!!

I know I prolly just suck at turning correctly and thats the main culprit, but it also happens (aas I mentioend) on the test track, when I don't have to turn at all.

My two cars are a fully upgraded Corvette Zo6 (~800hp) and Lancer with ~350 hp.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I've never had a problem with tire wear. I suggest taking a look at the GT3 Settings & Tunings forum. There might be some useful information there.

Ur chewing through the tires... with a LANCER?!?! YEAH RIGHT....
get SUPER SLICKS
No matter what setting superslicks will not wear out.. till like.. lap 3 at least.. (i say lap 3 cuz ur settings might be very extreme)

Yeh, get super slicks...they are around 10,000 cr. and they last for about ten laps.

A few questions:
What liscence do you have?
Do you "drift"? (Powerslide thru corners).
What tracks and races in particular?
Your driving style would have to be VERY Extreme to eat up tires in 2 to three laps, unless you are using T7s or T8s

Yep - generally the more expensive the tyres, the quicker they get eaten.

T8s (Supersofts) offer the most grip, but they'll wear-in in about 2 corners and wear out by 2 laps. T2s (Superslicks in NTSC, Super-Hard in PAL) offer less grip, wear-in after 2 laps and wear out sometime next Thursday. Sport Tyres (T1) are nowhere near as grippy as the Racing grade tyres, Simulation Tyres (T0) offer so little grip you may as well use the bare wheel rims.

the bare rims would have good grip cuz it would tear into the road... lol
how could u get super slicks out before 10 laps in the first place???

What do you mean by this?
how could u get super slicks out before 10 laps in the first place???
It doesn't make sense to me...

ie, he can should get 10 laps with t2 tires easy.
and thats tha truth, especially in the lancer!

go the cheapest of the racing tires for the most amount of laps d00d :)

any more quetions, dont be afraid ta ask!
