Help with save file and downloads

I'm experiencing some problems in Prologue.

Firstly, when I download game save files, I put it on my USB, plug into PS3, copy to my file and when I load the game, it's new game, I deleted my files and it still didn't work.

secondly I've got to download an update to play online, but it gets halfway and fails.

Help please? I'm clueless.

Look in the gamesaves sticky at the top of this forum. You'll find instructions there on how to transfer gamesaves over from memory stick onto the PS3

Keep trying. It will work eventually.
