Help with SharkPort ??

I just bought a Sharkport, from the Gameshark website... however when i got it everything came in a plastic sandwich bag. It had the USB cable that goes from the PS2 to the PC, and a CD-rom for the computer, and thats it...no manual, no instructions of any kind.. I installed the software on the Cd-rom... but everytime I start up the program it gives me an error message saying " cannot connect to comms." and then it close out the program... :ouch: what am i missing or doing wrong?? :ill:
 
Err... wrong forum.

Anyway, there's also a PS2 disc. Both need to be in the drives to communicate. From there it's all in the Sharkport window what to do. Let me know if you need any further help. Good Luck.

I have an X-Port. It has two USB cables, the X-Port itself, and two discs. As VIPFREAK says, one has drivers on it for the PC, the other goes in the PS2.
