Help With Simple Picture Edit

Hi, as I no longer have my own computer, and the school computers are Apples without MSPaint, could someone please edit this picture to put the wheels (the full circle ones on the outside) onto the body where the chopped-off ones are? Theres +rep in it for whoever gets it done within 30 minutes.
