I have yet to purchase the game but since it seems to have just about all my favorite muscle cars, I know I will.

One question is, what is better to buy, the 69 Z/28, 69 SS 350, or the 71 Six Barrell Cuda?

Second question, what are the best settings to run these cars, and what parts to they run well with?

Any other help is appriciated.

Thanks in Advance

Both the Z-28 and the SS settings were discussed in a thread some time ago. Check out his thread. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showpost.php?p=1513160&postcount=19 I haven't driven the Cuda, so I'm sorry I can't be of any help with it.

* I mention this site only because I've grown frustrated with so many of the folks at GTPlanet telling people to "Read The Manual" rather than posting Tunes for others to try out! The title of this section includes the word "Settings" - right?

Give someone a fish and they will eat that day. Teach someone "how" to fish and they can eat the rest of their life.

JParker - you have every right to your opinion. My opinion is different:

Give someone a Tune and they will enjoy the game more. After all, they can choose to use the Tune or not use it. Why should it matter to you or anyone if specific Tunes are posted here on the "GT4 Car Tuning and Settings" Forum? GT4 is a game, my friend - not a Life's Lesson! Not everyone wants to learn tuning mechanics. Some folks simply want to have fun racing virtual cars on their PS2. I know I do! That's why I seek out actual Tunes rather than Tuning methodologies. I will continue to post Tunes that I have tried, and I hope other considerate members of this community will follow suit.

I wuod like to drift with big cars? I from slovenia I just started to drifting, and I wuod need a litle help

i prefer the camaro ss because i think it runs smoother than the Z28 and the cuda runs out of power really quickly..although the cuda looks the best and also comes complete with ''shaker'' hood :sly:

as for drifting..just give your car a super charger or NA tune (which ever you prefer) and give it a limited slip differential.

@riverfiver

You have now resurected this thread twice for very little reason, if you are looking for information and advice on cars and set-ups for drifting then I would strongly suggest looking in the GT4 Drifting subforum which can be found here.

Have a good search for what you need and look at the FAQ's, and can you please avoid double posting.

This thread however is getting locked.
