help with time attack plz

well i was dumb enough to start again because i thought i couldnt get the vanquish.. now i have been told i could and i am pissed but oh well..

for the last 3 time attack races i need some real help.. i am way off the pace.. like 3-5secs usually.

help will be appreciated.
 
yea I should read that too...I haven't done any of the TT's yet...
