Please help me update my Game.

My PS3 is hooked up to my HDTV using a HDMI cable. The TV is not internet connected. on my PC I use Charter internet service. I can hookup my PS3 to the net on my PC but I have no screen and no mouse to navigate. Help.

First of all, this should be posted here, as nothing is related to GT5P in this question. Sorry, can't answer your question though.
 
Stavingo - he's asking about updating GT5P...

Pancrase - You need to plug the PS3 into the router directly... Or wirelessly if you have a wireless router...

Get an Ethernet cable long enough to reach your PS3 from your modem or router, and plug in your PS3. You should be able to pick up a 50' foot cable for around $20 US.

What's a 50 foot foot cable?!

OT : What is "Charter Internet Service"? Is that an ISP - or are you using a dialup modem on your PC to get that?
