Help!

Hi,
I went on GTPlanet because of my boyfriend lol. His GTP name is swara96. I used his email address to send a confirmation email, but it hasn't shown in the inbox yet. It's a gmail account, and I'm really confused.:crazy:

Please help!

Hello Ashley, welcome to the 'Planet.

Two things:

1. We don't allow users to share email signup addresses, for obvious reasons :)
2. It appears you didn't use a gmail address at all, but a ...gowebway one. An Admin or Jordan should be able to change your email address to a valid one, and re-fire a confirmation email to you 👍
 
Take a look at this entry in the FAQ, and make sure that you check your spam filter for the message.

Also, be sure to make sure that the message is being sent to the correct address. You can verify or change your account's email address here.
