each time i try to sign in psn it says my password is no more valid , i tryied to change my password but i don't remember the birthday (i just put a random one) , now i can't connect to psn , if i can't connect that means i lose all my saves (GT6 , Midnight club LA,GTA online) and when i try to go to sony support it just says error 404
