Unless, there is the offchance that the file he is trying to copy is larger than 1.4mb, in which case he'll need a file splitter. This one should do the job, if it is indeed what you are asking.
Or, if you mean to directly download onto a floppy. To do this, when you click to download the game, select from the pulldown menu drive A, then select save.
