Alright I've notice that many threads have been posted numerous times asking the same questions. So i've decided to type out some helping tips that answer some of the Frequently ask questions.

*For easy reference press ctrl + f and type in the race series or car u want some info on.

**When u win a car or buy a car first thing u should do is get an oil change. This will give ur car more hp.

-------------------------------------

1st car: U can choose either the VW Bug, Miata (MX-5), Vits, PT Cruiser, Mira. I would suggest buying the maita or vitz.

Maitas:
range from 16,000-23,000, scince u only have 18,000 to start with i would suggest buying the Cheapest one, giving u about 1500 to spend on the car. With this much to spend there's not much to buy but i would suggest an intake/exhaust. And dont forget your oil change.

Vitz:
Euro (13,000) or RS 1.5 (14,500), the Euro starts with less hp but in the long run ends up with more hp. But the RS 1.5 is a better buy. With 3000 left to spend on the car get ur oil change and next purchase the racing chip and a flywheel.
---------------------------------------

2nd Car:
I bought the Cobra SVT. I thought it was the best buy i ever did. Only costing 30,000 this car brought me lots of places. I did the super speedway 30 times to get this baby and i still dnt regret it. Leaving it stock u can beat many of the begginer level races on speed alone. But if u want a car to win by handling and agility i would suggest the rx-7. a lightweight car that handles as well can handle lots of hp. Also if u want car to win buy handling steer away from american cars. Those tend to be heavy and come with lots of hp and torque (go american power!)

----------------------------------------
Best Cars for curtian races.

for the FF:
Spoon Civic is best but u can thave it unless u win the FF series in Pro  So u should either use a Xara Rally Car or a Acura Integra Type R. This race will be easy if u have a Xara RAlly car, but if not go ahead and Purschase the ITR (Integra Type R), Slap on all the goodies w/ Depending on what u want medium or hardest tires. With medium tires u will need to pit, but u have pretty good control. U can go with hards and not pit but ur handling will greatly be decreased.

for FR:
This series has many cars to choose from, ranging from race cars to road cars. This series is fairly easy with pretty much any race car, if u dont have acess to a race car purchase a nice FR. Examples of nice FR cars u can buy: Corvette z06, Supra RZ, RX-7, Viper GTS, and the Cobra SVT. If u have the dough buy all the goodies. But if not buy the Cobra SVT (30,000) and buy a nice NA/Tune-up.

for 4WD:
As the FR races this series leaves the range of cars to choose plentiful. I would suggest using basically and rally car or buying the 3000gt or Nissan Skyline. The skyline/3000gt can get very high horsepower and with hp u can win this race with ease.

for MR:
If ur lucky and have an f1 or Race Car around this should be a sinch. But if u dont i would suggest buying the NSX. Yes i know its pricey (100,000) but its basically all u have to choose from. Give it some hp and tires and its an easy win. The best MR car would be an f1 or 787b/R390/Toyota GT1 Race Car.
-----------------------------------------
Best Car to buy:
Sorry, but u cannot buy any really good cars. But i can try to tell u the best. My suggestion tho is to buy all the goodies u can for the cars u own.

If u have 100,000:
I would buy a nice car such as a Cobra SVT and get most of the Supplies for it. The Tuscan Speed 6, Corvette z06, Dodge Viper GTS, and Supra are nice choices also. All of these cars can eventually end up with lots of hp.

If u have 400,000:
With this much money the only cars around this price are the Zonda's and The BEst Aston Martin. I muct tell u niether of them are good. If ur plentiful in dough u should try them out, buyt they really aren't very good, they are many reasonable priced cars that are much better.

P.S. dont buy a rally car. Purchase a Cobra put some rally tires on it and win some rally cars, buying them isn't worth it.

If u have up to 2,000,000:
The cars that reach these price are the Escudo Pikes Peak, Gillet Vertigo, and Panoz Esperante.

The Escudo starts with 900hp and can get 1800hp. It is a rally car and shouldn't even be tampered with on the regular streets. The esuco is a fun car, not a effeicent buy.

The Vertigo (1,500,000) is a fairly nice S-Class Race car. The only thing this car lacks is hp/speed. The handling is great but the hp cannot match the other cars in its class.

The Panoz Esperante (2,000,000) this car is not worth the 2 mill. If u have nothing else to buy u might want it just to own it. This car is never needed for anything and is way to much money.

---------------------------------------
Wheelie Cheat:

U must own a Toyota GT1 RaceCar, Escudo, or some other race car that has above 1000hp.

Go into settings and set the Spring Rates on both front and back to minium. Lower the car as low as possible. Set the ASM and TCA to 0. Set the downforce on the back to full and the front as low as possible. Then go into the Transmission and set the autosetting as wide as possible. After u set it wide, go up to the final gear and move that all the way to the left. But only after u have set the autosetting to wide.

Take ur newly tuned car to the test track and when u reach speed around 220mph-230mph ur front end will lift off and u will do a wheelie. Good Luck!
----------------------------------------
Best Overall car:
The best car is either the 787b, Toyota GT1 race car, or Nissan R390 race car. If u drive with the asm and tcs low or at nothing the 787b is the best car. But if u drive with the ASM and TCS above 1 or 2 u will like the r390 or Toyota gt1 better. All 3 of them are the best cars excluding the f1 cars.

The best f1 car:
is the f094s or f094h. Basically and f1 with a 0 rigght after the 'f" is a good one. But all f1's are good.

If u have the other version the best f1 would be the poloyphony 1 car. Scince I dont have this version i know little to nothing about this car.
----------------------------------------
When setting a car. All of the settings depend on the hp, the weitgh and what type of car it is, but normally i have the Spring rates arounf 16-19 on front and rear, and i lower the car all the way. If its a Race Car i set the downforce to Max on both front and rear for stability. Also i have the ASM: 0 and TCS: 1, but for most of u...i suggest ASM: 8 and TCS: 3. If the back still goes out on acceleration set the ASM or TCS higher.
----------------------------------------
Tires:

Hards: Hard tires usually last 10laps, some cars can go many more. Hard tires are an option when ur doing a series and cant win because u must pit. These will let u go do a race w/o pitting, but u loose grip.

Mediums: I only race with mediums. These last anywhere from 4-8 laps. They seem to keep a good balance of grip and pit. Also most race cars come with mediums bought with them.

Softs: Early in the game i made the mistake of buying soft tires for every car. This was good for the races that didn't have any tire wear (the begginer races) but when i got to a race with tire wear i dies. My tires lasted 2 laps. I didn't know what happened.

These tires are not to be used for races with tire wear!
---------------------------------------------------

Well there's my tips and i hope this helps some of u out!
Damn that took long to type 8,000 letters! (with spaces)

Troy you typed all that out? Dang man that right there is devotion. :) I would not be suprised if this was made "sticky." Thanks for all the great info though troy, should help out with the repetitive threads.

BTW, what prog. did u use to make ur 'tar

Well... U covered pretty much A LOT!

I can only say how did I begin GT3. First, I made my way on to the licenses of courses, not knowing u didnt need to do them at the beginning. Even before racing.

With the little cash I had, I went straight to the dealer, and went straight to the Japanese cars..(I am a big Japan car fan). B/c I have never played any GT game, I had no idea of what car pick. So I picked the car that convinced me the most. The Toyota Trueno. Didnt do anything to it. Just went straight to race. I remembered having trouble with SSRoute 5, cuz of the many curves.

Well.. my total GT3 story is HUGE, but I can reach to the point of my second car. A car that I bought, not won. I got the Mitsubishi Evolution VII. A great car for beginneers. I got some money left to tune it, not to the max, which served me to win the last GT series on Beginneers. That was the end of Beginneer mode.
