Herbie murders at le mans

I'm not master of tuning and not the best driver but this thing murders the competition. Bliss to drive, no violent snap oversteer. Le mans 700 pp. Fuel map 1, pits every 2 laps. Tcs 1 abs default, else off. Fastest lap was 4:06. Faster than most gr.4 cars. Again, i'm not the best driver and tuner.

Dude, that tune is pretty damn awesome. No TCS, no ABS, nowhere near your times, but had a heck of a lot of fun!

Have to try that one. I havent tried the engine swap thing yet but this looks like fun!!
 
It seems pit time is added to lap time now. So no more 4:06. But this beetle should be fast enough and fun to drive

Thanks for the tune, works very well. 3 laps without fuel saving on FM6, easy win & great fun to drive.

You find the base Volkswagen Beetle (1966) at the UCD from time to time. Then perform the engine swap (Porsche engine), max up the tuning and collect a livery.

Tough to tame this thing, 8minutes on my 1st full lap testing on nordschleife. came off twice
 
One thing I’ve noticed in testing tunes, if they’re designed for specific tracks, sometimes they’re not very good on other tracks. Nord is very technical and while most cars tuned for it can succeed elsewhere, the reverse won’t necessarily be true and Sarthe is hardly technical.
