I couldnt make a video but here are some pics I took instead and step by step process.
1. Load the 3.3 disk. It defaults to "normal"
2. ...it also has the option of "PAL"
3. ....set it to "NTSC" if you are on an American PS2
4. At this point, insert your game with the flip top PS2 or slide card, or knife. Then move up 1 until your on "Load Program". Simply hit the X button and the game will load
5. Pic your language.
6. Go to options menu and set your "screen adjustment vertical" to -16 or wherever it is the most comfortable for you.
7. Play GTC2002 or any pal game in color!!!!!
