Well what we do is basically choose a car and then we stick stupid things onto it and paint it in obnoxious colors using Photoshop, MS Paint or GIMP and we post it up here!

Not only is it crap. But the picture is WAY to large, use an imageshack thumbnail. And, please do some serious editing on that. I mean, if you want to show something off, at least make it look like you TRIED to make it realistic.
The gun on the hood is the best part, mainly because I can use it on myself after seeing that thing.
This could be a good idea, but only if people put more effort then that into the job. Plus, shouldn't this be under a different category, like Artistic Competitions or something?
