I am half french/american and I love domestic and Japanese cars (mazda's)
I have the furai concept car (trade) and my favorite car as of now is my dodge viper ACR (1031hp 877ftlbs of torque and 1247kg)
I have noticed that if you change the oil FIRST thing after you get a car the HP goes up. This is the same as in GT3. I never played gt4 I went from gt3 to GT5P to GT5
My viper fully moded started with 1013 or so hp. Now I am at 1031 and climbing. In a 30 lap race my car's hp increased 9hp and 2ftlbs O_o crazy I say!
I remember making my own online race and I set the HP at 1015, and then after a few races it didnt let me in anymore because i went from 1013 to 1016 haha!
If anyone wants info on my setup just ask i will post my tune.
Otherwise at Daytona I can lap in 37.5 seconds...High Speed ring I can lap at 57.xxx seconds and well suzuka I have not timed myself yet. The ring is next and then suzuka.
I also have a corvette z06 fully modded without RM and a challenger srt8 fully moded (its my drift car)
My favorite drift car is my maserati gran turismo S Being all VIP'd out and going sideways is kind of the new thing so I took it to GT5 haha
