Hey guys. Just wanted to stop in and say hi. I'm not new to racing sims by any means, but recently started to take it more seriously. I've recently picked up a Logitech G27 and stumbled across this board with some seriously awesome ideas for cockpits. I would never even have thought of using a car e-brake before seeing it here.
Anyway, I hope to build something nice one of these days, but may pick up a wheel stand or something in the meantime. This place looks like it will be a great resource for when that time comes. I've been using the MS wheel for Forza 3 since it came out and placing it on the table and the pedals sliding around just doesn't cut it.
Hope to be around for a while and to use some of your ideas in my upcoming project.
