Hi all, well i don't got much to say....im from dominican republic, and i am a GT1,2,3,4
lover, then, i encounter paradise...i mean GTP... :) i have been looking this forum for a few days...and let me tell you guys i enjoy this, as i enjoy playing gt4.

ok, here's the thing, i wanna be in one of those tournaments that you guys realize weekly, but i dont know anything about them...plus, how cna i tell this, i aren't what you can call a good drifter :P, so any tips will be great, oh, another thing, how can i enter to one of those magnificent teams...i saw a few vids. where nightkid4ever shows up drifting, damn...he rocks...and hes teammates too!.

ok, well, welcome to gtp.

The first thing that I would urge you (as well as all new members) to do is to meet the search function [here] and visit the links in the Forum FAQ thread [here].

The FAQ thread contains links that will answer your questions about the competitions on this forum (whichever ones you mean... the DPC's or GTPDC's).

As well, there's a link to the drift reference thread which Swift and I put together several months ago. It is in serious need of an update, but you may find it helpful if you are just getting into all of this.

hey Forcedinduction, ya i saw team FBI i was like :nervous: HOLY $#!* i'm trying to get to race with this kind of guys!!!, lol, but that's ok, i think ill be here for a while.

well, i think i'll be posting pics and stuff soon, hey by the way...i think i didn't saw anything talking about digital camera, so..can i use 'em to record my vids.?

welcome and search before you create threads as many things have been discussed.
as far as teams go.. go to the online forums.. then check out the team section.
IIRC there are 4 active drift teams at the moment. IDM is invite only as is FBI if im not mistaken.. and PDR will accept just about anyone. DD has tryouts but is mainly but not limited to Xlink drifters. Check out the team threads and look at what they have posted up. you can get some useful information about their team and if they are accepting members.

DD= Drift Dojo = Xlink drift team = online drift orgy= not enough hours to play in the day....but always time for GTP!

hi all, well, drift or die, im sry, i now i had to search before ask, but i dont now...since im new i thod i can present my self, and ask some things at the same post...i understand what you're saying about not posting the same crap over and over again, but now i know a few more things about GTP. thx for the help :D

Dking thx for the quick tour thru the GTP alphabet (if i can call it that way :P)...MMmmm, thats a kick ass team name by the way "Drift Dojo", i like it :)
