What I seemingly forgot to tell you is that cars over more than 950K are untradeable,so you want an 89 ticket or a 23 ticket.

Here you can trade for it,sadly I am booked for a while but a good way to do it is edit the your first post with what you are willing to give up for either one(23 is probably your best bet).
