Hidden in-game command line?

Ok so i was doing the advanced level sector 3 at the Nurbergring in special events. That's when my friend called me and i had to pause the game. It was dark. So when i was done i put my phone on the keyboard which was attached to my PS3 by mistake. That's when this weired command line popped like from no where.


Is this a developers left over? Or is it an upcoming feature?

To the experts. Do you're work.

 
Im not sure if the thread should be locked in case this somehow leads to a hacker exploit.. I hear on N4G GT5 is impossible to hack and the hackers tried and failed. Mods, what you think?
 
anything can be hacked
when bluray PC drives came out it took less than a week to hack the decyption keys to rip BD

give any hacker time on a program and they can hack it

This topic is OK, so long as it doesn't develop into a hacking/piracy discussion.
 
Looks like the same thing that pops up when you type (to chat) in Playstation Home. I'd assume it's just the chat box for multi-player and for whatever reason if you start typing it comes up regardless of what mode you're in. Glitch, maybe, but there's no way thats some dev console lol.
 
Its nothing really I use it to chat to people online in races or the free run or the lobby where you choose your car.
