Some people want access to the cars and tracks without the grind necessary and are routinely slapped down for wanting cheats that would somehow ruin the enjoyment of the game (for someone who doesn't have time to enjoy the game in the first place).
Apparently in GT5P there is a way to do this

It even lets you choose the section of track you will race on and what you race against... could be a good practice tool outside of "cheating".
Maybe something similar in GT5? I can't make this particular code work but there is hope...
