Who here is graduating this year? Also, what honors are you recieving, and when's your graduation date?

I'm graduating June 1st 25th in my class, and I will be an honor graduate. I will also be wearing the NHS collar since I fufilled my duties for the National Honor Society this year. We also had prom saturday (which was rather lame, worst DJ I ever saw) and we have a lot of senior stuff coming up. It's getting close and I'm so ready for that one day. I am ready to get on with my life I believe.

So, who else is being unleashed into the real world soon?

I will be. I think I'll walk and get a certificate instead of a diploma, though. I'm finishing up a night-class and I'm not sure that credit will get in in time. I also have to log my 40 hours of community service, and the due date for those was the 1st.

I'm graduating this June having completed the Extended French curriculum and AP Calculus. I'm also an Ontario Scholar (A average).

Im graduating this year as well. I am graduating high-honors and I will have a cord for National Honors Society. My AP Calculus exam is wednesday. Wish me luck! Oh and Good Luck to anyone else taking it!

Ooohhh Meeee Meee I Am Graduating. :)

Im graduating from Markville Secondary School and i will be going to the University of Waterloo next year :sly:

LOL, My neighbor is, she is finishing her "Senior Project" tonight, I am glad I talked to her today, she said WyoTec and UTI auto schools don't require a language, so i dont have to take a ) period class, I am so relived, I can go to seminary next year!

...Look at all the kids growing up. First thing they are casual aquaintences on GTP, next they are casual aquaintences with a diploma... *tear*

I can't believe that I graduated two years ago. It doesn't seem like it was that long ago, and yet it kinda does at the same time. My brother graduates this year (along with some other more personal friends), and I'm happy to see them moving along.

...My only advice to you kids is to get into a good college and study hard. If you can afford it, there isn't any reason why you shouldn't be attending some kind of college or university...

I'm graduating this year. June 20ish. probably one of the later ones. I just have to get my senior project done, and I'm a little behind on that one, so I may not get my diploma until the end of summer.:nervous:

I'm graduating this spring as well with highest honors. I'm not too excited about moving away to college just yet, but I'll have to next fall.

Im also graduating, i gotta present my Senior Proj to the judges this friday. Where do you live at?

Senior project is about 3/4 of the way done, presenting at the end of this month. Im walking in mid june. Then going to the jouiner college in the fall. Going to do computer science and CNC milling

May I ask what the hell a senior project is? We don't have those here in the Mid-West. Basically, you take tests to prove that you've learned things... I mean, there are 'final projects' in the forms of presentations and papers and whatnot based on material in class, but are what you're doing any different than that?

I'm graduating this month. My GPA is 3.5, I'm not sure if that will be recognized. I'm also playing guitar at graduation.

I graduated this year. I got my GED Apr. 28th and aced the whole thing. It was way too easy. They say my scores were in the top 10% of high school seniors, which scares me cuz the math portion had stuff I learned back in 7th grade as the hardest stuff. The rest was adding subtracting and percents. I turned 17 this year so I graduated a year early.

I also am going to NOVA for my associates degree in Engineering. Then I'm going to go to George Mason to get a bachelors in Electrical Engineering. After that I don't know what I'll do whether it be more school or get a job or get a job and slowly work towards a masters degree.

Graduated last Saturday, finished 53rd with a 4-year GPA of 3.8 in a class of 325. I wore that NHS collar thing too, but man it's ugly.

Went to PF Chang's afterwards. :)

Ours was on Sunday but I decided not to go.

Well sorry to bring back this old thread, but my Graduation just finished, and to my amazement I got an award! The award was for General Proeficiency in Technological studies. Hopefully that will help me out this summer, as I have a co-op for a tool and die company. Hopefully they'll hire me! Grads of 2007 rock!
