Hire new GM in NFL Head Coach 09?

I'm currently playing through my first season as Denver Broncos Head Coach, I'm not new to the game (i had one before but accidentally deleted it), but in my season goals I got one that wants me to hire a new GM. I've looked through all the career menus and can't figure out how to. Has anyone done this before and possibly has suggestions for who to hire if you have?
