After years in restoration, a 1960 Lotus 19 is coming up for auction. It is eligible for top level vintage racing. This one was raced to victory by Stirling Moss, Jim Clark and a small number of others in Europe and Canada.

A lovely car with great history. Enjoy this footage of the Players 200 from Mosport, Canada which features this car driven by the famously fearless Masten Gregory nickname: "The Kansas City Flash".

That was the most wonderful racing video I've ever seen. It brought tears of joy as I was reunited in memory with a car I once owned and raced, the orange #328 Burnett-Chevy Special of Stan Burnett. In that same golden year of 1962, I saw most of these same cars and drivers compete in the 1962 Pacific Raceways Grand Prix for Sports Cars. Gurney and Gregory in their Lotus 19's again led the way. 25,000+ people attended the event.

Thanks again for your most excellent post.
