Ok this mission doesnt sound very hard to do, but when i arrived at the pink blip on the map there was nothing there, the pink blip was located just south of ammunation in downtown, next to the building with the large staircase. Please let me know soon how to complete this odd mission.
 
Yes, I couldnt figure it out either for a while. Ok, you see those huge stairs? Well get a lot of speed (not too much though) and jump those stairs with a motorcylcle to land in the back of Ammunation. Good luck on the rest...
 
I thought the stairs were pretty easy to figure out. You just sail up them with the sports-bike and get to the roof.

Of course, I'd spotted all the ramps on the buildings while flying over that area before and spent some time trying to figure out how to get up there, and found the section where the mission is held (and figured there was going to be one there).
 
Aim for those stairs with a PCJ-600 and line your self up a mile away, then hammer the throttle and hold forward about 50% on the left analog stick so that Tommy crouches and becomes more aerodynamic, doing this will slam you into the wall of the building behind Ammu-Nation at well over 200km/h (definitely a fatal accident in real life.)
