So, I've been tuning a bunch of cars for 500pp class online races and saw the Isuzu 4200 r. I think to myself, why not, and tune and test it.

Is there any good reason that all midsized v8motors don't sound at least a little like this? Race tuned exhaust included.

There are multiple cars that use the same sound sample.

Mach 1 Mustang
Trans-Cammer Mustang
Camaro Z28 (All '69 Versions)
Ford GT from 2002-2006
Spyker C8

So many more. Personally I think they sound like high revving engines with badly sounding open headers. V8's do NOT sound like that.

Smaller ones do...the other cars other than the spyker do not have smaller v8

Im glad im not the only one into 500pp cars

What kind of knowledge do you have then? No, they for sure don't. Trust me I know.

When americans think about V8's they only think about the classic american big block V8 engine and noise. But they are not the only using V8's around the world. Many other countries use them. For instance the unit equiped by Ferrari in the 458. It has a totally different architecture from american V8's, and with 570hp in only 4.500cc, it has his own sound too.

You have a very good point. But the point you may have overlooked is that the american V8s in this game sound ridiculous ;)
