home theater problem need you're help !

i just bought a new samsung home theater and plugued everything in etc, but the base and side speakers doesnt work, i checked the home theater settings and manual + tv setting and found nothing. yes they are well plugged and should work i just dont know why.

There are dozens of reasons why it's not working with the vague description you've given us. Try calling tech support to have them help you troubleshoot the problem.

What's the model number of the receiver, TV, etc?

Sounds like the input is stereo.
