The Honda Beat is a rear wheel drive, mid-engined two-seat roadster kei car produced from May 1991 to February 1996. The Beat was the last car to be approved by Soichiro Honda before he died in 1991.

In typical Honda fashion, the Beat's engine did not utilize a turbocharger or supercharger. The 656 cc (40.0 cu in) engine was modified with the MTREC (Multi Throttle Responsive Engine Control) system, with individual throttle bodies for each of the three cylinders, to produce 64 PS (63 bhp) at 8100 rpm with an electronically limited top speed of 135 km/h (84 mph). Only a manual transmission was available.

We got a premium AZ-1 and Cappuccino, and the Beat would complete the Kei sports car rivalry! Also, imagine its race modified version!

If we could have it looking anything like that the Beat could well overtake the Capuccino as the people's kei car of choice.

Voted. Beat is the main pillar of Kei trio, so there is no reason why it shouldn't be Premiumized as those two already are.

Here are the missing specs:

Engine: L3 SOHC
Gearbox: 5-speed manual
Wheelbase: 2280 mm
Weight: 760 kg
Weight Distribution: 43% - 57%
Tyres: 155/65 R 13 - 165/60 R 14

0-60 mph: 13.4 sec

Funny thing is that Beat in GT4 accelerates from 0-60 mph in about 16 sec. Most of this Kei cars are way underpowerd in relation to real-life specs, otherwise they would be more competitive against other cars.

Currently there are three models in the lineup: base, version F and Z. They could add Version C and Mugen Beat (the latter was present in GT2) and give us a chance to recreate Meet The Beat parade held on Twin Ring Motegi back in 2010 when they entered Guinness book of records for participating with more than 500 Beat models.

Here is Version C in beautiful Captiva Blue Pearl:

And a video of the parade:
