The year (1994) needs to go at the end of the thread title - thread guidance is make / model / year - so that alphabetic searches can be done. To do an alphabetic search and for example check all the Honda's, click the red title banner once to start at Z and twice to start at A, then go to appropriate page.

Honestly, I don't see why we would need a '94 Civic SiR as there's little to no differences between each year of the EG6 Civic SiR. So, it's kinda a waste in my opinion. I think we only need one premium EGG Civic SiR and that's it.
