Honda HSV-010 GT car settings glitch

Is anyone having problems with the HSV-010 GT 15 anniv stage 3 turbo, in the car settings. I bought it but in the car settings it only shows normal, low and mid rpm rang turbo kit.

I have the exact same thing happening with the same car right now, I have all three turbos, but it shows only Normal, Low and Mid. When I first bought the High it changed the PP to 651 now it doesn't show the High even though it says I own it, also changing the turbos in the power settings doesn't seem to make any PP changes.
