Back with trusty Integra, I need a gearbox set up for the High speed Ring URGENT. I'm really struggling to set it up. Currently I can do a 1:13.4 at best, but I know some people can do 1:12's. Anyone help please? Much appreciated.
 
From a person who's just created a thread for their own tuning shop, this doesn't inspire confidence.

What you should do: There are 2 crazy active threads going on about how to tune gears. Read them & Learn how to do it yourself. Even if they can't agree who's right, you have 3 separate theories that will all work better than stock.

Easy way out: Take RKM's advice. Set the auto top speed, to 30mph over what you actually expect to hit, make 6th as short as possible, 1st as long as possible, then spread 2 3 4 & 5 out evenly in between.

Easier way out: Advanced search 'beta testers wanted' Go to page 3 or 4 of the thread, there's a transmission tuning application you can download. Input your numbers and it spits out the gears.

Easiest Way out: Set top speed to the minimum & set the final drive to the minimum (numerically)

It's worth making 2nd as long as possible too, especially with powerful FF cars. 👍
