Honda has taken the wraps off their new Project 2&4.

Set to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the concept was created as part of a competition between their global design studios and promises to combine the "freedom of a motorcycle" with "the maneuverability of a car."

The exterior styling draws inspiration from the 1965 RA272 and features a minimalist design that is undeniably sporty. There's also a ‘floating seat' which was designed to put the "driver as close to the action as possible, evoking the freedom of a bike and completing the immersion provided by Honda Project 2&4’s extreme performance."

Speaking of the performance, power is provided by a modified version of the company's RC213V competition motorcycle engine. The 999 cc V-4 four-stroke unit produces over 215 PS (158 kW) and 118 Nm (87 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission and should enable the Project 2&4 to be pretty quick as the concept weighs just 405 kg (893 lbs).

What a cool looking thing that is. It is just the sort of car you think has a good chance of making it to GT7. Nice to see a Honda concept that is not the NSX or Civic Type R.

Driving this in the rain would be interesting as all water from the front left wheel will hit the driver right in the face.

This gets a huge 'Like' from me.

Good car in addiction to the Nike One 2022 (just 3 years left ) and the Toyota Motor Triathlon Race Car.
BTW, this car just sounds like the Renault Espace F1 from GT2
