Ok guys I am running the above car fully tuned around Monaco.

I just need some help.

Ok I need help with the Suspension and wheel alignment

Ride Height
0 - 0

Spring rate
7.0 - 9.0

Dampers Extension
4 - 4

Dampers Compression
4 - 4

Anti-Roll Bars
3 - 3

Camber Angle
2.5 - 3.2

Toe Angle
0.00 - 0.20

And how should I have my gears.

Also my lsd. I do not want to really get into a drift.

Should I add ballast

Here is how she looks.

Should i remove the wing or not.

The stats are
BHP - 421
WEIGHT - 1060KG
PERFORMANCE POINTS - 517

I am only hitting 1:41's and I want to be quicker.

I am using racing softs.

Assist are
Learning to use manuel so maybe auto
Everything else off

Keep the wing
LSD try 7/20/5

Transmission, 1st to far left, 6th to far right, space middle gears evenly, top speed around 150 mph I'm guessing since Monaco has few straights.

I'd put front toe at -0.20 and rear toe at 0.05 too, but that's personal preference, test it and see. :)

No just seems like its struggling here is what i have.

1st 3.831
2nd 2.693
3rd 2.017
4th 1.580
5th 1.294
6th 1.108
Final Gear 4.100
Max Speed 149

Also should I add any down force.

Use as much downforce as you need to keep the car from drifting. Try the lowest setting first and if you feel any drifting. If you do, increase it until you don't feel any drifting anymore.

I like you Halloween black and orange theme lol.

Spoiler maxed right.
Lower the car to the max for ride height.
Springs 10 on both
Raise the dampers to 7 on both. Dampers compression raise to 6 on both.
Camber 2.5/1.8
LSD 5/30/32
Transmission reset it and move the top speed 2 click to the left. Set all the gears almost fully left except the 6th gear (make sure they look even between is what matters), final gear move until the top speed says around 160ish. Move final gear after if you are redlining to a higher speed.

I have no idea if this will work at all I have totally made it up, but that is what I would do if I was tuning it to start.

Does not lowering the car like make the tires ware quicker.

Im now in the 1:39's but still very unhappy with the gear ratios

Same thing as before i have spaced them out evenly. It just seems wierd through 2nd - 3rd just making the wheels spin

No i will look. Why should they be that far across

Left = Taller/numerically lower number = longer ratios which, among many other things, give you more stable handling. Along with slow acceleration, if they're too far to the left.

He says he's got wheelspin at the moment in 2nd and 3rd though, so full left is what I'd do.

It's one or the other usually though isn't it? :p

Errr…nope. Because there's something called compromise. :p The acceleration is there, and is quicker than wind erosion, but it won't fry the tyres when you touch the throttle.

LSD 9/12/10 or 6/9/10 :dopey:

Isn't that a bit too low for Monaco? I mean, I can't guess setups, but won't that just cook the inner tyre, even if it's RS and provides enough rotation as it is?

Yes, but it may help his "spinning". Plus I can't guess setups either :dopey::lol:

Yes, but doing that means the next complaint you're going to get is "I'm getting overtaken by dead wildlife".

In that case, you'd slowly move the ratios back until you find a balance you're happy with.

Ditch the wing...it's completely unnecessary with that car on those tires, on that track. It will only create understeer you'll have to tune around.

Set the accel LSD around 11 or 12 and if you get tire spin in the rear exiting tight corners note which wheel it is. If it's the inside wheel, raise it a couple of points and try again. If it's the outside wheel, lower it a couple of points and try again. I'd have the DECEL LSD at 5 to help get around the hairpins.

If you are getting any looseness in the rear on entry, try lowering the rear brake balance a notch or two to see if that helps. If not, then try lowering the rear ARB a notch or two. If that doesn't help, then try raising the rear ride height. Remember also to try a longer run and see where the tire wear is. If the front is wearing a little more, you may want to be a bit loose early in the run so that it will tighten up a bit later in the run. Last thing you want is to be stable at first and then really understeer as the tires wear.
