Horsepower Drops by Adjusting Suspension?

I am a newbie to tune cars. After I had tweaked my LFA's suspension and braking balance, the horsepower dropped. I don't know whether the HP drops because of the tuning. If yes, please tell tuning which parts will decrease the HP. Thanks!
 
Change the oil. If you've been putting in a lot of miles (such as to test different suspension setups), the HP can drop. New oil should bring it back.

Many thanks! It works. After I've changed the oil, my LFA's HP goes back to normal.👍
