has anyone heard about it? or even better, bein' at one of these things? I think it has to be really cool, an event of something like 9 or 10 days traveling crosscountry across USA, with some 10 000 more cars and some 50 000 like minded people... it has to be a memorable ride, and one thing all gearheads, hot rodders or not, would enjoy and would have to live to believe. I am planning to go some day... with the foce this event is getting, I think Itll be running for quite a long time... I really want to go and make the trip... even just one leg of the tour Id love to cruise.

Sometimes when I'm up at 6:00 AM on the weekends I'll watch Hot Rod TV. Of course they covered this. It might be fun to walk through and check out the cars. But it looked to be mostly customs and hot rods, many of which can get pretty over the top. Not really my thing. But like I said, I'd be interested in walking through.
 
yes, its been several years running, but the cars that do the trip are actally very good cruisers, some of them with very advanced engineering... I hope one day I can go. but bleh, I think no one cared about it here XD
