I don't like it. last night, me and my friends were on a school trip for competition in Skills USA VICA and we payed 10$ for internet. as soon as we got it, It messed UP! its WEB TV At the Hampton Inn. Next time you see the wireless keyboard and want internet at an Hampton inn, BEWARE. And they have N64 games. those are boring, We linke Xboxes and played Halo. that was fun.

I've got a few employees at work who travel frequently. They of course take laptops, but they don't have to use dialup modems anymore because most hotels offer network jacks for easy and fast access. They say they like it ... but most of the time they call me saying it doesn't work.

Hey! I was a VICA member too. Boy, did it suck. We were very disorganize, I got out before they did the competition.

You can't expect much from WebTV. Did they have Goldeneye? That would have made a nice substitute for Halo.

No, it ain't cool. You spend most of your time memorizing parts for the competition.

VICA is an organization that promotes skills and leadership to high school students enrolled in technical (computers mostly) class. There is this big competition at the end of the year that demonstrates what you have learned.

It stands for Vocational Instruction Club of America, I believe, and it's kind of like a small Olympics for technical high school students.

I used to sponsor, proctor, and judge the Delaware VICA competition for drafting and mechanical drawing. It was fun to do.

I'm going to State comp pretty soon. I gotta do stuff this time though. I was only a delagate last time. Gott a go to school this Tuesday (SPRING BREAK) To work on Tech Prep Showcase.
