This would be a nice way of earning some cash for those who have a car that is just sitting there that may be useful to someone who is looking for one at a cheap price that's a tad lower than the official used car dealerships.(online/offline)
My Idea for an auction house:
The auction house isn't just for the cars themselves but cars with all the tuning parts already included or a special tuning of the car for certain events as denoted in a description or even multiple tunings for different events as a custom set up via file transfer. Unfortunately there needs to be a moderator(s) present so no seananigans are involved in auctioning cars
